Customers can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is successfully delivered.

Our team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and issue complete return instructions along with the correct warehouse delivery address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized shipments cannot be processed.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

Except in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, returned toys must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, clean, and in sellable condition
• Free from user-inflicted marks, scratches, or altered components
• Complete with all original suction attachments, spinning tops, and packaging accessories
• Packed safely in original protective materials to prevent damage during return transit

A valid proof of purchase (such as your store order reference number) is required for processing any return claim.

3. Opened or Unboxed Products

Opening package seals to inspect your toys does not automatically invalidate your return rights. However, preference-based returns on unboxed items must not show heavy play wear, missing parts, or customer-caused damage. If an item shows significant reduction in value beyond reasonable inspection, appropriate restocking deductions may apply as permitted by law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons:

• Clearance items marked as final sale

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received

Please inspect your KIDVEGU toys immediately upon delivery to ensure all spinning tops and suction components are in perfect order.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please inform us right away with:

• Clear photos showing the damaged or defective toy component
• Photos of the protective packaging and outer box
• A photograph of the shipping label on the package

6. Return Shipping Fees

For change-of-mind or preference-based returns, buyers are responsible for return freight costs. However, if the return is due to a broken item, manufacturing defect, or shipping error on our part, KIDVEGU will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

7. Return Routing & Packaging Advice

Return locations depend on regional logistics hubs. Please do not post return parcels to our corporate registration address without explicit instructions. Correct return routing details will be provided upon approval. We kindly ask customers to package returns securely to avoid damage during return transit.

8. Inspection & Refund Issuance

Once your return parcel arrives at our facility, our quality team will inspect the item. After approval, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial provider, please allow a few business days for cleared funds to appear in your account balance.

9. Product Exchanges & Order Cancellations

Direct exchanges depend on stock levels. If a desired item is unavailable, we recommend placing a new order on kidvegu.com after completing your return refund. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please email us immediately. Once an order enters fulfillment or shipping stages, cancellations can no longer be processed.
