Order Handling & Processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment verification (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note that internal handling time is separate from logistics transit time. Processing may take slightly longer during high-demand promotional periods, holiday seasons, or scheduled inventory audits.

As soon as your package leaves our facility, an automated shipment notification containing your tracking details will be emailed to your inbox.

Toy Packaging & Product Protection

To protect our children's toys—including suction spinners, spinning top accessories, and multi-piece play sets—we employ impact-resistant padding, sealed box inner liners, and sturdy outer cartons to prevent crushing or movement in transit.

We recommend checking your package carefully upon arrival and keeping all original shipping materials until you have verified that all toy pieces are intact and complete.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, a unique tracking number and direct tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to update initial tracking checkpoints.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details at checkout. If you spot an error in your address, please contact us immediately. While we attempt to make changes prior to fulfillment, updates cannot be guaranteed once orders enter the shipping pipeline. Additional reshipment fees may apply if packages are returned due to incomplete addresses.

Customs & Import Duties

Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

If your toy products arrive damaged, defective, or missing components due to transport handling, please contact our support team right away.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

• Clear photos showing the damaged toy item or missing piece
• Photos of the protective packaging and outer carton
• A clear photo of the shipping label on the package

Please retain all damaged items and original packaging while our support team reviews your claim for a replacement or refund.

Multiple / Split Parcels

To guarantee prompt dispatch or accommodate warehouse availability, multi-item orders may occasionally arrive in separate parcels (e.g., suction cup toy bundles and spinning top sets shipped separately). Each parcel will have its own tracking link, and no additional shipping charges will apply for split dispatches.
