This warranty covers verified manufacturing flaws or structural failures encountered during normal child play. Dependent on our assessment, solutions may include:

What Is Covered

Our limited warranty protects against:

Warranty Exclusions

Minor variations in silicone texture or slight color tone differences resulting from production batches are normal characteristics and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

To keep your KIDVEGU toys clean, safe, and working smoothly:

• Ensure suction bases are applied to clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass, ceramic tiles, or high-chair trays.
• Inspect spinning mechanisms periodically for foreign debris or hair, and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
